MMD-100JS Profilometer
This instrument is a rectangular coordinate shape measuring instrument. The mechanical part uses a precision linear guide as the measurement reference, ensuring measurement accuracy and a long service life. The electrical part consists of an advanced computer, precision digital sensors, and precision grating displacement sensors.
The precision digital sensors and precision grating displacement sensors measure the displacement in the X and Z directions, ensuring the accuracy of measuring the contours of various workpieces.
The powerful data processing software, while ensuring measurement accuracy and repeatability, is easy to use, highly efficient, and closely integrated with CAD drawing software.
The measurement software has rich contour processing functions: it can handle various sealing groove shapes (angle, chamfer radius, groove depth, groove width); the straightness and protrusion (i.e., convexity) of the generatrix of shaft workpieces; and the radius of curvature and center position of various arcs, etc.
A high-capacity advanced computer and printer provide users with a complete configuration for measurement, archiving, and outputting graphics and data.
